Mobile Containerized Load Bank and Field-Based Power Station Operations and Maintenance

Time:2026-11-07

For scattered outdoor sites including solar farms, wind parks, remote base stations, oilfield power stations and island off-grid power systems, fixed indoor testing equipment cannot meet on-site inspection requirements. Containerized load bank is a high-power testing solution built for field operation. This integrated load bank is installed inside a standard container, equipped with cooling, control and monitoring systems. It can be lifted and transported directly, without complicated on-site assembly, ready for testing after power connection.

1MW Load Bank

The containerized load bank is reinforced with anti-corrosion, rainproof and dustproof treatment, suitable for wide temperature range, sandy, humid and coastal island environments. This high-power load bank is widely used for regular maintenance, annual inspection and fault diagnosis of PV inverters, wind converters, off-grid power stations and backup generators. Technicians use the load bank for discharge tests to check output stability, assess battery health and find hidden risks such as voltage drop and overheating connectors.

Many overseas new energy projects are located in remote areas with limited after-sales support. One mobile load bank can serve multiple sites in rotation, cutting equipment and transportation cost. The load bank adopts intelligent PLC control with touch screen and wireless remote access. Loading curves are automatically saved for long-term comparison and aging prediction.

We supply 20ft and 40ft container load bank from 1MW to 10MW, with customized high-voltage options for overseas power grids. Every load bank undergoes continuous full-load aging test before delivery with complete calibration documents. For overseas EPC contractors and O&M companies, containerized load bank is a powerful tool for outdoor power station maintenance, enabling flexible on-site power performance test and ensuring stable generation of renewable energy plants.
